10.E. Landscaping and Tree Maintenance Agreement Amendments It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Seventh Amendment to Agreement 2136- A with Mariposa Landscape, Inc., a Fourth Amendment to Agreement 2368-AA with Priority Landscape Services, LLC, and a Sixth Amendment to Agreement 1284-A with West Coast Arborists, Inc., in forms approved by the City Attorney, for continued commercial landscaping services through June 30, 2026; and 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
