22. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1349 authorizing the submittal of an application for a Public Beach Restoration Program grant in the amount of $22,950,000 to the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW), committing to a 15% matching funds contribution of $4,050,000, and authorizing the City Manager, in consultation with the City Attorney, to negotiate and execute all agreements and amendments necessary to comply with the DBW grant requirements.
