19. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 7996 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 ADOPTED BUDGET FOR THE NORTH-SOUTH FAIR OAKS INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS DEPLOYMENT PROJECT RABA01- 5071(024) USING PROPOSITION C LOCAL RETURN FUNDS AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND THE PURCHASE ORDERS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT, REFUND ANY FUNDS TO CALTRANS AND TAKE ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE RESOLUTION NO. 7996 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Adopt Resolution No. 7996 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Project budget for the North-South Fair Oaks Intelligent Transportation Systems Deployment Project to utilize $1,295,051.09 of Fund 207 (Proposition C Local Return). b. Authorize staff to reconcile expenses from previous and current Fiscal Years to Proposition C in accordance with the budget. c. Authorize the City Manager to amend the funding sources for the Purchase Orders issued to KOA/Lochner and Iteris Inc. to utilize the appropriated Proposition C Local Return Funds instead of currently approved funding sources.
