14. CONSIDERATION OF THE AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO KOBA CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $82,800.00 FOR THE ARROYO SECO GOLF COURSE 13TH HOLE FENCING REPLACEMENT PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 5231) Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approve the specifications for the Arryo Seco Golf Course 13th Hole Fencing Replacement Project (Project); b. Award a construction contract to KOBA Construction, Inc. for construction services for the Project for an amount not to exceed $82,800 which includes the proposed bid amount of $69,000 and a 20% contingency of $13,800; c. Reject all other bids received; d. Find that the Project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1 "existing facilities."; and e. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all related documents.
