10. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 7998 INITIATING THE PROCEEDINGS AND ORDERING OF THE PREPARATION OF THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Adopt the attached Resolution No. 7998, initiating the proceedings for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District (LLMD); and b. Authorize the preparation of the Engineer’s Report for the annual levy and collection of assessments.
