9. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1391 Amendment 2 to the public works agreement with Brax Company, in the amount of $55,725, for a total contract amount not to exceed $655,725, for additional material and labor necessary to complete the rehabilitation of a production well at Mission Basin Groundwater Purification Facility; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the amendment.
