11J. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (OCTA) AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-9-1723 AND AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-6-1301 TO RECEIVE AMENDED GRANT FUNDING FOR THE SC RIDES PROGRAM UNDER THE 2016 PROJECT V GRANT Potential Action If the City Council concurs with the Administrative Report and would like the City to be reimbursed for the SC Rides expenses, adopt Resolution No. 26-92, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. C16-71 (Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-1301), by and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County Transportation Authority, providing for gap funding for FY 2023/2024 and FY 2024/2025 for the SC Rides program, in the amount of $580,442.33 . 2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C19-92 (Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-1723), by and between the City of San Clemente and The Orange County Transportation Authority, providing for gap funding for FY 2023/2024 and FY 2024/2025 for the SC Rides ADA Program, in the amount of $34,393. 3. Accept two years of gap-year grant revenue funding from OCTA in an estimated amount up to $614,835.33 for the SC Rides Program and SC Rides ADA Program for FY 23/24 through 24/25.
