11G. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FORMAL CANCELLATION OF THE LAST MILE PROGRAM AND REJECTION OF ASSOCIATED GRANT FUNDS UNDER OCTA’S PROJECT V 2024 GRANT Potential Action If the City Council concurs with the Administrative Report, adopt Resolution No. 26-89, which will: 1. Authorize the formal cancellation of the Last Mile Program and rejection of grant funds for that program under OCTA’s Project V 2024 Grant. 2. Authorize and direct the Public Works Director/City Engineer to send a formal cancellation letter, provided as attachment 2 to the Administrative Report dated May 19, 2026.
