5. Approve Change Order (Amend Contract) with Gentry Brothers, Inc. for FY 26 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Project (CIP No. 26-005-55047) It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the construction change order (contract amendment) for the FY 26 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Project (CIP No. 26-005-55047) with Gentry Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $407,000; and 2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Construction Contract Change Order; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and budget adjustments as necessary.
