City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1428 Amendment 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with GHD of San Diego in the amount of $39,860, for a total revised contract price of $359,450; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
