19. To consider the Housing Authority of the City Baldwin Park (HACBP) Public Housing Agency (PHA) 2026-2027 Annual Plan It is recommended that the HACBP conduct the public hearing, consider public input, and adopt Resolution No. HA-2026-001, entitled “A Resolution of the Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park approving and adopting the Public Housing Annual Agency Plan for FY 2026-2027”, which establishes the adoption of the Plan as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
