9. Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1441 Amendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with GeoPacifica in the amount of $200,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $790,000 to allow for a single-year extension of as-needed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Land Development support services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all necessary documents, including any edits required by the City Attorney that do not result in any addition to the compensation paid to the Consultant.
