19. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4513 TO J&S STRIPING COMPANY, INC. FOR THE
PROVISION OF CITYWIDE STRIPING SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4513 to J&S Striping Company, Inc. for the provision of
Citywide street striping, pavement marking, and roadway legend services in a not-to-exceed amount of
$650,000 per year; and
2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
