7.1. Consideration of a Resolution approving Development Plan Application No. 23-05 with conditions of approval, for the demolition of an existing industrial building totaling 28,928 square feet, and construction of a new 86,620 square foot tilt-up concrete industrial warehouse building and associated improvements, for the property located at 1015 South Azusa Avenue, City of Industry, California, and adopting a Notice of Exemption regarding same, and making findings in support thereof RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. CC 2026-11.
