10B. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SALARY SCHEDULE AND STAFFING CHANGES FOR YEAR ONE OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 AND 2027-28 BIENNIAL BUDGET, INCLUDING REVISIONS TO EXECUTIVE LEVEL COMPENSATION Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report, appropriate actions include: 1. Make an oral report summarizing the proposed final actions on the salaries, salary schedule and compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits to local agency executives, specifically that, if adopted, Resolution No. 26-114 will approve a salary increase of 3% for all part-time and all benefited full-time City employees, including all executive management positions, would regrade the Beaches, Parks, and Recreation Director from grade 83 to 88 on the Salary Schedule (with a new salary range of $208,455.52 to $253,381.65), and would approve a revised salary schedule with such changes effective July 6, 2026. 2. After making the oral report, adopt Resolution No. 26-114, approving staffing changes and the revised salary schedules effective July 6, 2026.
