CONTRACT AMENDMENT - STREET SWEEPING AND FINDING THE ACTION CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the information in the Administrative Report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-121, which will: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR 15301) of the state CEQA Guidelines section 15301. 2. Approve a Third Amendment to the Agreement for Maintenance Services for Street Sweeping with SCA of CA, LLC, extending the agreement on a month-to-month basis for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) months. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. C21-22, by and between the City of San Clemente and SCA of CA, LLC., providing for Street Sweeping Services, in an amount not to exceed $619,073.
