CONTRACT AWARD - PURCHASE OF ARCTICWOLF SECURITY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the information provided within this Administrative Report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-120, which will: 1. Award Bid IT-56 to Savant Solutions, Inc. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26- 45, by and between the City of San Clemente and Savant Solutions, Inc., providing for the purchase of the ArcticWolf Security Solution, under substantially the same terms and conditions of State of California Contract SLP-23-70-0276O, in an amount not to exceed $81,683, which includes all services, equipment and software, training, maintenance, and support. 3. Authorize City staff to accept the ArcticWolf Solutions Agreement and other related service agreements with ArcticWolf.
