CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE SAN CLEMENTE COMMUNITY CENTER RESTROOM REHABILITATION, CIP PROJECT NO. 15507 Potential Action(s) If the City Council is in agreement that rejecting all bids and re-advertising the project with a revised scope of work is in the City’s best interest, an appropriate course of action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-124, which will: 1. Reject all bids received on May 11, 2026, for the Community Center Restroom Rehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 15507, pursuant to Section 20166 of the Public Contract Code. 2. Authorize staff to re-scope the bid package and re-bid the Community Center Restroom Rehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 15507, with a revised project scope.
