CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF DIGITAL DISPLAYS AT CITY HALL AND THE COMMUNITY CENTER, AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO NANONATION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Potential Action(s) If the City Council would like staff to purchase the digital displays identified in the staff report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-125, which will: 1. Approve the supplemental appropriation from Account No. 018-245-45500 -000-00000 Local Cable Infrastructure Machinery and Equipment in the amount of $48,122. 2. Award an agreement to Nanonation for design, hardware, installation and subscription services associated with two digital touchscreens, in the amount of $48,122. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute such contract documents as may be necessary and proper to implement the project for the two digital touchscreens consistent with Nanonation’s proposal (Attachment 2) in the amount of $48,122.
