21. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 8012 CONFIRMING AN ANNUAL LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (LLMD) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Open a Public Hearing and receive public testimony regarding the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 annual levy and collection of assessments for the Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District (LLMD). b. Adopt the attached Resolution No. 8012 confirming the annual levy and collection of assessments for the Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District (LLMD) for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
