7. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 8002 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 PROJECT LIST AND EXPENDITURE PLAN TO BE FUNDED BY SENATE BILL 1 (SB 1) ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Receive a staff report for consideration and provide direction on a proposed Street Improvement Program; b. Adopt Resolution No. 8002 approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 project list and expenditure plan for the Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (SB 1) to be funded through the State’s Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA); and c. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to sign the application and all related program documents.
