19. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1424 Amendment 1 in the amount of $73,264 for a total not to exceed amount of $138,440 to the Public Works Agreement with Rancho Del Oro Landscape & Maintenance, Inc for landscape maintenance services for El Corazon medians, the Senior Center & Aquatic Center, and the City owned property located at 3127-3135 Oceanside Blvd, for a one-year term effective July 1, 2026 to expire on June 30, 2027, for a total contract amount of $138,440; authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents, and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee to execute the purchase order.
