23. ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH MAOF PROPERTIES, INC. FOR THE USE OF A DIGITAL MESSAGE BOARD FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 N. GARFIELD AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-45, approving Sign Lease Agreement No. 4524 between the City of Montebello and MAOF Properties Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any non-substantive administrative documents necessary to implement the Agreement; and 3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
