21. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4544 WITH ION SECURITY & FIRE SYSTEMS INC. FOR SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4544 to Ion Security & Fire Systems Inc. for the provision of security and fire alarm monitoring, maintenance and repair services in an amount not-to-exceed $86,000 annually; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
