9. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-49, DISRUPTION POLICY AND RESOLUTION NO. 26-50, PUBLIC POSTING BOARD POLICY / MEETING OUTREACH ENACTING BROWN ACT UPDATES PURSUANT TO SENATE BILL 707 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-49, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Montebello adopting Policy No. 26-01, Disruption of Telephonic or Internet Service During Public Meetings, in compliance with Senate Bill 707; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 26-50, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Montebello adopting Policy No. 26-02, Public Agenda Translation Posting Board Policy, in compliance with Senate Bill 707; and 3. Receive and file the City Clerk's update regarding implementation of additional Senate Bill 707 requirements, including agenda translation services through Doc Access, public outreach efforts through the Montebello Newsletter, and the establishment of a public agenda translation posting board; and 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
