17. Immunization, Screening, and Referral Services Contract Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire Protection District (District), approve and instruct the Fire Chief to sign a contract between the District and Olympia Plaza Pharmacy, Inc., to provide as-needed immunization, screening, and referral services. Authorize the maximum contract sum of $600,000 for the contract term of three years. The maximum contract sum for Immunization Services shall not exceed $200,000 per contract year. Authorize the Fire Chief to execute amendments, suspensions, or termination in accordance with the approved contract terms and conditions, provided the amounts payable under such amendments do not exceed the $200,000 annual budget.
