6. Participate in the City of Artesia Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Resolution Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to authorize the County to participate in and contribute incremental property tax revenue to the Artesia Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD). Approve the Artesia EIFD’s Infrastructure Financing Plan. Designate the Supervisor of the Supervisorial District in which the Artesia EIFD is located as a member of the Public Financing Authority that is the governing body for the District. Find that the resolution is not subject to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. (Supervisorial District 4) (26-4111)
