Approval of Vendor Services Agreement with The Groundskeeper for Improvements at the Park N Ride Lot and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-51 Appropriating to Park N Ride Contractual Services Ride Concrete Improvements in the amount of $33,080.00; percent (10%) of the Agreement amount ($3,310.00) to address unforeseen conditions and additional work necessary to complete the project; substantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and Annual Budget by appropriating $36,390.00 to Park N Ride Contractual Services (23-5315-6227).
