15. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, DOMINGUEZ HILLS TO ESTABLISH AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DOCTORAL CAPSTONE PROGRAM AT CITY FACILITIES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 3 to the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with California State University, Dominguez Hills; and, — 2. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Affiliation Agreement with California State University, Dominguez Hills, on behalf of its Occupational Therapy Program; and, — 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed MOU Amendment No. 3 and proposed Affiliation Agreement Amendment No. 2, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
