(64) 25-0002-S121 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (PARK - BLUMENFIELD) relative to establishing the City's position on Senate Bill (SB) 1093 (Allen), the Post-Disaster Mobilehome Park Community Resident Protections Act of 2026. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (Park - Blumenfield), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2025-26 State Legislative Program SUPPORT for SB 1093 (Allen), the “Post-Disaster Mobilehome Park Community Resident Protections Act of 2026,” which provides additional protections for mobilehome residents displaced by wildfire or other disaster. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the Chief Legislative Analyst. The City Administrative Officer has not completed a financial analysis of this report.
