(52) 26-1337 CD 7 MOTION (PADILLA - RODRIGUEZ - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for the Phase II of the Sharp Avenue Pedestrian Tunnel Project in Council District 6. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $60,000 from the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281206 (CD 6 Redevelopment Projects - Services) and $60,000 from General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000707 (CD-7 Community Services) to the below listed accounts and in the amounts specified in the Bureau of Street Lighting Fund No. 100/84, to fund Phase II of the Sharp Avenue Pedestrian Tunnel Project: Account No. 001010 (Salaries, General): $70,000 Account No. 006020 (Operating Supplies):$20,000 Account No. 008780 (Street Lighting Improvements & Supplies): $30,000 Total: $120,000 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Lighting to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically, or by any other means.
