Acquisition of One Type VI Pumper Apparatus Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire Protection District (District), approve the District’s request to authorize the Director of Internal Services (ISD), as the County’s Purchasing Agent, to proceed with the acquisition of capital asset item in excess of $250,000, which consists of one Type VI Pumper Apparatus for a total cost not to exceed $355,000, including sales tax. Approve the District's request and authorize ISD to accept the Proposal for Furnishing Fire Apparatus. Find that this purchase is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
