51. 2026 Los Angeles County Green Building Standards Code Supplemental Findings Recommendation: Approve supplemental findings pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code, for the previously approved changes and modifications to the 2025 California Building Standards Code contained in Ordinance No. 25-0052 of County Code, Title 31 - Green Building Standards Code. Instruct the Director of Public Works to file the supplemental findings with the California Energy Commission. Find that proposed actions are not a project under, or are alternatively exempt, under the California Environmental Quality Act. (Department of Public Works) APPROVE (26-5898)
