(0130-10) Recommendation: Receive and consider the Imperial Beach Chamber of Commerce's requests and City staff recommendations regarding temporary modifications to regulations governing business events, signage, and outdoor displays and sales, and adopt Resolution No. 2026-095 approving recommended modifications.
