10. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-028 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, authorizing the application for grant funding under the Transformative Climate Communities Program as administered by the Strategic Growth Council” It is recommended that the City Council to: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-028 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, authorizing the application for grant funding under the Transformative Climate Communities Program as administered by the Strategic Growth Council for the Adelante/Forward Baldwin Park; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any further documents.
