12. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-71 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO CALRECYCLE’S TIRE-DERIVED AGGREGATE GRANT AS PART OF CP-901, BLUFF ROAD SLOPE STABILIZATION STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-71 authorizing staff to submit an application to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) for the Tire-Derived Aggregate (TDA) Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to sign and execute all applicable documents associated with the submittal process; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
