12. COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT 2018-01 ZONE 5 Request for approval of the implementing documents and resolution related to the annexation of property subject to a Disposition and Development Agreement between the City and CD-CW (TUSTIN) LLC into Community Facilities District 2018-01 and designating the property as Zone 5. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Acknowledge receipt of the unanimous approval of annexation into Community Facilities District 2018-01 Zone 5 and related matters executed by the City Manager on behalf of the City of Tustin as the property owner (the "Unanimous Approval"); and ratify City Manager's execution and delivery of the Unanimous Approval; and receive and file the Unanimous Approval; and 2.
