8. AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR DANA POINT TROLLEY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (Action Document A) with LAZ Parking California LLC (LAZ Parking) for the Dana Point Trolley Operations and Maintenance Services for the City’s seasonal and special event trolley service; and 2) Authorize the use of City General Funds for the required Project V local match and for any Program costs that exceed the OCTA-approved funding cap amount.
