9. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH AVANT-GARDE, INC. TO EXTEND ON-CALL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES, FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $94,000. Recommendation a. Approve First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Avant- Garde, Inc. for on-call administrative support and sustainability assistance, increasing the contract by $65,000 from $29,000 to a new not-to-exceed amount of $94,000 through June 30, 2027; and b. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and all related documents .
