16. CONSIDERATION OF AWARD OF ON-CALL CITYWIDE SEWER AND STORM DRAIN REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT TO W.A. RASIC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., GRBCON, INC., AND FERREIRA CONSTRUCTION CO. INC. FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026-27 THROUGH 2028-29. Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Award an on-call citywide sewer and storm drain repair services maintenance services contracts to W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc.; GRBCON, Inc.; and Ferreira Construction Co. Inc. dba Ferreira Coastal Construction Co. (Contractors) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 and 2028-2029; b. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the maintenance contracts and related documents in forms approved by the City Attorney (Attachment No. 1 through 3); c. Reject all other proposals received; and d. Approve the Purchase Orders and authorize the City Manager to execute Purchase Orders to the listed Contractors on an as-needed basis in a cumulative not-to- exceed amount of $200,000 for all contracts combined for FY 2026-2027.
