17. APPROVAL OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRE ELEVATOR CORPORATION FOR CITYWIDE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND ON-CALL REPAIR SERVICES. Recommendation It is recommended that City Council: a. Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with TRE Elevator Corporation for citywide elevator maintenance and on-call repair services, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the contract amount by $24,900, from $26,400 to a total not-to-exceed amount of $51,300; and b. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the First Amendment and any other documents necessary to implement the agreement.
