(10) 26-1386 CIVIL RIGHTS, IMMIGRATION, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND NEIGHBORHOODS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to relative to evaluating the impacts of Executive Order 14224 on the City in connection with assisting City residents with limited English proficiency (LEP). Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Raman - Blumenfield): INSTRUCT the Community Investment Department, Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department, City Administrative Officer (CAO), Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), and other Departments as deemed appropriate, to report on the impacts Executive Order 14224 has on the City of Los Angeles and how the City can use its resources to help fill in a gap that Angelenos need with said report to include, but not be limited to, the feasibility of City Departments to add translations for the now English-only federal resources to their websites. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report.
