Staff should also consider opportunities to reduce costs by\nexploring creative cost-saving measures while maintaining acceptable hiring\npractices and operational integrity. Staff should also research ways to\nexpedite Station 6’s building timeline with the possibility of a Local Emergency\nResolution.
