I. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - CITYWIDE CATCH BASINS REHABILITATION Staff Recommendation 1. Accept the Citywide Catch Basins Rehabilitation, from the contractor, Cheloletty Engineering, CIP Project No. 21001. 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record, the Notice of Completion for the Citywide Catch Basins Rehabilitation. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor, Cheloletty Engineering.
