D. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - RICHARD T. STEED PARK SLOPE EROSION REPAIRS Staff Recommendation 1. Accept the Richard T. Steed Park Slope Erosion Repairs, from the contractor, O’Connell Engineering and Construction, Inc, Project No. 12161. 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record, the Notice of Completion for the Richard T. Steed Park Slope Erosion Repairs. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor, O’Connell Engineering and Construction, Inc and no stop notices have been filed.
