CONTRACT AMENDMENT - HOUSING ELEMENT REZONING PROGRAM Staff Recommendation Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. AC-1099, by and between the City of San Clemente and Precision Civil Engineering, providing for the Housing Element Rezoning Program. This amendment increases the contract amount from $50,000 to $122,900 (an increase of $72,900).
