11. Approval of Consultant Service Agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation to Service Parking Structure surveillance system and Access control equipment for various city facilities. It is recommended the City Council to: 1) Authorize the Mayor to execute a five (5) year service agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation; and 2) Authorize Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute any associated documents; and 3) Authorize Director of Finance to appropriate funding and make necessary changes to the budget.
