D. Consideration and possible action to approve a Maintenance Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Western Avenue entrance monument signs. (Hevener) Recommendation: 1) Approve a Maintenance Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the Western Avenue entrance monument signs; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Maintenance Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
