4. Consider Approval of Agreement with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Traffic Control Measures Due to Impact of Planned Weekend Closures of Interstate 605 Freeway for Pavement Rehabilitation Work It is recommended that the City Council: Authorize the execution of the Cooperative Agreement by the Director of Public Works; and, Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate $15,000 to cover estimated traffic control related expenditures.
