3-G. PURCHASE OF PARTS AND MATERIALS FOR PIPELINES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Awarding three-year contracts to five vendors: Core & Main, LP, S & J Supply Co., Inc., SoCal Compton Pipe Supply, United Water Works and Western Water Works Supply Co., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for a combined total not to exceed $500,000, annually, for the purchase of pipe supplies and related parts for the Water Division; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
